Whether you're a new VenueBook venue or you've been with us for years, we're glad you're here. We aim to help you manage your events business while also sending you qualified leads. Accept/Decline Leads

We always encourage our venue managers to respond to leads as quickly as possible. Depending on the lead type, you might only have 24 hours to respond before you lose the lead forever. We do this because we want to ensure that site vistors get what they came for: a fast, easy, digital experience. Keep in mind that accepting a lead doesn't mean you're going to host the event. However, it does open up the lines of communication between you and the prospective client to find out if your venue is the best fit. Learn more here

Message with Clients

Our messaging tool is perfect for quick communication between you and you prospective clients. As mentioned earlier, our site visitors prefer to book digitally. Most of our users are between the ages of 25-34 and they've come to our site to avoid emails and phone calls. Use this feature to have speedy, efficient conversations!

Schedule Site Visits

Although it might not be 100% necessary for certain clients, many clients want to see the space before they book their event. Using our Site Visit Scheduler, prospective clients can send you three times that work for them and you can choose which one works for you.

Follow Up with Clients

It's really important to make sure you're checking back in with clients. If it's been a few days since you last spoke, reach out again to see if there's anything they need. We are all really busy, and you want to make sure that you can close a deal or offer the space to someone else. Following up is important for both you and the client!
