With New York City Fashion Week rapidly approaching, we’re highlighting some of our most versatile, NYC fashion week-friendly raw spaces. Raw spaces are perfect for everything from fashion shows to after parties because they can transform to meet your creative vision.


 For Fashion Shows

Punto Space

Punto Space offers four spacious, versatile spaces with an array of modern amenities. Studio A and B feature a long hallway, high ceilings, and adjacent room for all backstage needs - the perfect customizable space for a unique fashion show.

Michelson Studio

Overlooking the Hudson River, Michelson Studio is a spacious, industrial inspired raw space. Window-filled walls flood the space with natural light and water views, providing a well lit stage for your fashion show or showcase.

404 NYC

404 NYC is a two level event space with a state of the art sound system, adjustable track lighting, and a stunning 25 foot long bar with street level access for easy load-ins. 404 NYC is no stranger to hosting fashion and large scale events. Its clean and simple clean design can be transformed into just about anything.


For Pop Up Shops

Parasol Projects at Bowery

Located in the heart of the the Lower East Side, Parasol Projects @ Bowery is a 1,000 sq. foot pop-up space for short-term exhibitions. While Bowery is Parasol Project’s largest space, they also offer storefronts on Rivington Street and one in Nolita.

58 White

This SoHo storefront is the perfect space for pop-ups and exhibitions. Located near big brandname stores in a vibrant neighborhood, this storefront is a great place to set up shop!


For Photo Shoots

Drift Studio NYC

Drift Studio is a simple, yet rustic industrial-inspired photography studio. Drift offers convenient add-ons for an extra fee like Behind The Scenes photography and pre-production staff if you need a few extra hands, but access to their extensive photography equipment and gear is all included in the studio rental fee.

Blue Jean Studio

Blue Jean Studio is a spacious daylight loft in Chelsea built to serve all your photography and film/video needs and wants. The space offers a kitchenette, client lounge, make up station, and wardrobe room in addition to the large studio space. Photography and film equipment rentals are provided at no extra charge.

Forsyth Studio

Forsyth Studio is an 2,700 sq ft. bright studio space in the Lower East Side. The loft is outfitted with tin and brick walls, distressed floors, a modern bathroom and a fully functioning kitchen. Clothing racks, steamers and auto-poles are available in house.

For After Parties

Lightbox

Lightbox is truly a one-of-a-kind venue that will have your guests talking. Lightbox transforms any event into a digital, shareable experience with its floor-to-ceiling fully programmable walls. Their technical and event strategy team can tailor content, visuals, and social media activations to match your event’s message, style, and mood and will fulfil any artistic vision!

Uhuru Showroom

This trendy, simplistic two level event space is outfitted by a luxury furniture company. Aside from its minimalist, nature-inspired aesthetic, Uhuru Showroom also offers a dining area, lounge area, downstairs lounge and party room, full kitchen, surround speakers and a fireplace - the perfect spot of a classy evening.

Ramscale Studios

Enjoy the NYC skyline at night from this beautiful event location. This penthouse spot provides the perfect backdrop to an exclusive party. It’s two elevated stage spaces can be outfitted to display models and designs, be used for more private party areas, or hold a DJ or band. An outdoor terrace lets guests cool off in the night and catch a glimpse of the river and city skyline.
