New York City Venues with Great Happy Hour Specials

If there's one thing I've learned while living in NYC, it's how to find a great happy hour special. To me, a great happy hour special is one that has 1) cheap drinks 2) cheap appetizers/bites and 3) a long time window (ex: starts at 4pm and ends at 8pm). I hate to assume, but I'm going to guess most people would agree with these top 3 requirements. Because of this, I'm going to give you my top recommendations for New York City venues with great happy hour specials.
